Delivery Information

Beautiful jewellery company aims to deliver your order as quickly as possible.  Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday will generally be dispatched the same day, however during busy periods this is not always possible so please allow 1-2 days for dispatch when placing your order. 

Once dispatched your order should be with you within 1-3 working days depending on your location.  However sometimes delays may occur which are beyond our control.

we offer all customers around the world free shipping on every single one of our items so there are no hidden costs when purchasing our products, the price you see is the price you pay.

 

Customs

Any customs or import duties are levied once a package reaches its destination country.  Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.  We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.  Please note that delays can occur in customs and these delays are beyond our control.

Change of delivery address

When placing your order you have an option to stipulate your delivery address.  Should you need to change your delivery address please contact us as soon as possible.  We are unable to change a delivery address once an order has been dispatched.
